Wow, Kingston!! What an awesome obstacle course. I really enjoyed watching this video. What a great way to keep your fitness up while you are at home. I have been making sure I exercise every day too. I love the different activities you have included. Maybe you could help me organise an activity similar to this for the class to do for fitness once we are back at school.
